Please provide accurate contact and property details, disclose known hazards, defects, structural concerns, or access restrictions, secure pets and valuables during work, and allow reasonable access to the property. Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect project cost, safety, or timing.

Pricing and Payments

Estimates remain valid for the period stated in the applicable proposal. Payments follow the milestones and terms agreed in writing. Changes to the project scope, materials, or specifications may affect the final price and require written approval before additional work begins.

Project Changes

Requested changes, substitutions, additions, or omissions may affect the project schedule and total cost. Work outside the agreed scope is not considered included unless confirmed through a written change, revised proposal, or other agreed documentation.

Scheduling

Schedules are prepared in good faith and may be affected by weather, permitting, inspections, hidden conditions, material availability, supplier lead times, access issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Materials and Site Conditions

Existing or concealed conditions discovered after work begins may require additional materials, labor, or adjustments to the agreed scope. Reasonable substitutions may be proposed when specified materials are unavailable or discontinued, subject to the applicable project requirements.

Warranty Disclaimer

Workmanship warranties, where offered, are issued in writing and apply according to their stated terms and exclusions. Manufacturer warranties are governed by the applicable manufacturer's conditions. Separate warranty or insurance products are subject to their own coverage, limitations, and claims procedures.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability relating to contracted work is limited to the remedies or amounts stated in the applicable agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Termination Rights

Either party may end an agreement in writing where permitted by the agreement or applicable law, including where a material breach remains unresolved after reasonable notice. Completed work, approved changes, ordered materials, and applicable project costs may remain payable after termination.
